Terms
Your booking will be reserved after you have made a deposit of 20%
of the total amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
In the case of a last minute booking, the total amount must be paid in advance.
You will also be asked to pay a deposit of € 150.00 in cash at check-in, to compensate for any damage. The entire deposit will be refunded to you after the rental period, during check-out, if no damage and / or theft has been detected.
Service costs will NOT be charged! You rent all-in.
Also included in the rental price; use of all bed linen, bed linen, towels and beach towels. Use of air conditioning, TV and Internet is also included. No surprises afterwards.
